Setting up centerline

Steps you will see in the video:

1. ask foreman for the offset of the centerline
2. make sure the stake location you measuring from is the correct one (IE) the water, san and stm line
3. measure what the offset is and place a paint mark on the ground and repeat this step at every survey station
4. stand back and look down at the paint marks and ensure they are in a straight line or a curve as shown on the drawings
